We recognise our responsibility to be vigilant and to act with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We are committed to ensuring there is transparency in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains.
HomeCare Direct is a regulated provider of personalised home care services. We operate across Wales, employing care workers and support staff who deliver nurse-led care to individuals in their own homes. All our employees are subject to rigorous recruitment processes including right-to-work checks, DBS checks, and reference verification.
To ensure that modern slavery is not taking place in our business or supply chains, we have taken the following steps:
We have a number of policies in place that contribute to ensuring modern slavery does not occur within our organisation, including our Safeguarding Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, Recruitment & Selection Policy, and Code of Conduct. These are reviewed regularly and updated as necessary.
This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors of HomeCare Direct Ltd and will be reviewed and updated annually.
